If we have issued a refund to you, it is done as a refund request through our payment processor, which is a third party financial institution. Typically refunds take anywhere from five (5) to seven (7) business days (depending on your financial institution’s policies and procedures) to show up in your account. If you still have not received your refund, or you would like to inquire on its status, you will need to contact your financial institution (bank, credit card company, etc.), as we have no control over the funds or how long it takes to be deposited into your account, once we issue the refund.
