Digital downloads should be made available immediately and you should receive an email with instructions. All tangible/physical items are processed within one to two (1 – 2) business days (unless there is a back order situation) and are shipped out using either USPS or UPS and will arrive according to their standard shipping schedules, after we process the order and hand it off to them.
